Returns
Note that any Skito pad or Tack items (bridles, breast collars, reins, etc.) are custom made. For that reason, please double check your order and be sure that you have ordered what you wanted. Once the item is made, it cannot be returned unless it is defective. If defective, the item will be repaired or replaced at our option. If the item was made incorrectly, i.e., not what you ordered, it will be re-made. Otherwise, custom-made items cannot be returned. Discontinued items are sold at greatly reduced prices and those sales are considered final. Stock items can be returned for a full refund if returned within 15 days of receipt of item. They can be returned, less a re-stock fee of 25%, if returned between 16-30 days after receipt of item. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Any item returned needs to be in new condition. You will need a RA # before returning the item. Note, the date you request the RA # will be considered the date of return for purposes of calculating the refund.
